Digital & Intuitive Services

​For Tarot Readings and Numerology Calculations, the service is considered “delivered” once the PDF report or video link has been sent to your provided email address.

  • ​Completion of Service: Once a reading has been performed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. The fee covers the professional time, expertise, and energy required to perform the calculation or interpretation.
  • ​Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the work has not yet begun. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to check the status of your queue.

​Bespoke Magickal Spells

​Bespoke spells are highly customized rituals crafted specifically for your unique situation.

  • ​Non-Refundable Nature: Due to the cost of ritual materials (herbs, candles, oils) and the labor-intensive nature of spellwork, these services are non-refundable once the ritual has been performed.
  • ​Outcome Disclaimer: In accordance with spiritual tradition, we provide the ritual and the intent, but we cannot guarantee specific physical or external outcomes. Refunds are not provided based on “perceived results.”

Technical Issues & Errors

​We want your experience to be seamless. We will provide a re-delivery or correction if:

  • ​You receive a file that is corrupted or unreadable.
  • ​There is a clear clerical error in a Numerology Calculation (e.g., a misspelled name or incorrect birth date provided by the customer that was not followed).
